  We went to Waterville Oh Cellular Central on Cyber Monday, Nov 28 2016 and met with Tanya for an hour or more. I was quoted a trade-in value for Iphone 6plus of $769.99 and new 7plus would cost $880. My husband was trading in Samsung G5 for Iphone 7. The phones had to be ordered. A Samsung 7 was ordered in error instead of Iphone 7 so it had to he re-ordered. When we picked up phones on Dec 8th, Natashia told me my trade in was $669.99 - not $769.99 as originally quoted. When I did my iphone 6 plus trade in request thru Verizon online, I was told value is $569.99. I called Verizon trade in customer service on Dec 20th for 30 minutes and then today, Jan 5th spent 90 minutes with cust service. They confirmed that iphone 6 plus trade has never been offered that high and it was 6s that had that deal on cyber monday. I was misquoted by 2 reps for iphone 6 Plus trade-in. I would not recommend this location. I also just saw that one of the 5 star ratings for Waterville Cellular Central on Google reviews was done by Tanya who is the rep who waited on us Cyber Monday. ?? Strange!
